President Fly
Anthony Scott Piatt
Anthony’s interest in blending media and human stories first showed in something ‘journalistic’ in Junior High School when he produced The Pumpkinvine Edition, for his neighborhood the Pumpkinvine Addition. Later he studied Commercial Art and Creative Writing and was published periodically in College. Photojournalism followed; specializing in low-light concert photos and reviews for publication. Working World Music publicity prepared him for our multi-genre artist driven approach. Since 1997, Anthony volunteers as a Radio Programmer at Community Radio, WFHB. Founding Zion’s Riddim and joining WFHB’s flagship show, Reggae Children, by fall of ’97. Having recorded dozens of station id’s and interviews, he reviews CD’s for the station and occasionally writes for press.
Director of Artist Development / FLY Agency
Rich Reardin
Rich has had a long career in the music industry, owning and building 3 of his own recording studios, musical instrument and pro-audio sales, stage management, audio tech service, customer service, production, marketing, on air talent, and copywriting. Rich worked in Chicago, Cincinnati, and San Francisco in the recording/live sound industry with world class artists, and venues. In the past decade Rich has been producing radio programs, radio spots and copy writing for "News/Talk/Sports" WGCL and "World Class Rock" WTTS in Bloomington, Indiana. Rich also partners with Jason Wilber (lead guitarist with John Prine) on the radio show In Search of a Song. ISOAS interviews world class artists about songwriting, and features live recordings unique to their particular interview session. While working with Fly, Rich has expanded In Search of a Song, as it became obvious how well this partnered with Fly artist publicity. In the past two years, Rich has created FLY AGENCY, an artist development agency that can handle all the "polish" for any band or artist.
Director of Marketing / Client Rep
Tom Dukeman
Tom brings more than twenty years of recording, media placement, print design and sales experience to the team. From 1986 to 1996, Tom worked for RedBud Records, a folk/blues/jazz/roots label and designed album art for studio clients. Tom also helped build the advertising wing of CAE, Inc (RedBud’s parent company), reaching out to advertising agencies throughout the Midwest, selling and producing radio spots for local, regional and national companies. In 1996, Tom moved from audio to video and proceeded to write more than five-hundred television commercials. He still writes commercials on a freelance basis. In addition to his writing and media skills, Tom is a voice talent for companies such as Microsoft, Eli Lilly and even Krispie Kreme Doughnuts. His combined skills as an award-winning marketer, and as an award-winning producer, make him so handy heading up our agency and development initiatives. Tom is the hub to all our services. Navigating publicity, writing, design, radio, marketing and sponsorships, Tom is a great link and representative for clients.
Writing Director
Greg Adams
Greg Adams has written for the All-Music Guide since 1999, and has penned liner notes for and/or produced over 50 reissue CDs on labels such as Bear Family, Collectors’ Choice, ERIC, and the Omni Recording Corporation. He ran Beehive Rebellion Records in the 1990s, a label remembered -- if at all -- for reissuing Sex Clark Five’s 1987 power pop classic Strum & Drum! He is the long-time host of Rhythm Ranch, a thematic oldies program on WFHB-FM, and occasionally can be seen in the flesh on WTIU-TV hosting country music specials.

Other Fly Team Members
Joel Thomas
Our original Writing Director, Joel has started his own label. He'll continue to write for us when time allows. Look out for his bands!...
Jennifer Sommer
As an intern for Reggae publicity with Anthony, Jen learned skills which made it even easier for her to help build Fly On The Wall. Jen graduated from Indiana University with a degree in sociology, fitting well with our approach of connecting with our clients’ passion and translating it to be palatable to the media. She is the Secretary on the Board of Directors at Indiana Legal Services where she helped spearhead a hugely successful fundraiser and media campaign for ILS and Fly On The Wall.
Tasheena Moore
Tasheena is the newest member of the FOTWM family. She's just graduated from IU's Ernie Pyle School of Journalism. We're very happy to have her aboard for an extended internship. She has written and researched several press releases including the release for the Grammy winning LIVE Worldwide by Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience.
Fly Ambassadors
Telford Nelson, Liaison
Telford "Tilly" Nelson is a member of the reggae super group Culture featuring Joseph Hill (RIP). When not traveling the world Tilly is a valued advocate and connection in his hometown of Kingston, JA. Telford ‘Tilly Dread’ Nelson can be seen on tour with Culture featuring Kenyatta Hill, his solo work includes full LP’s and mash-ups with Jamaica’s hottest. If you do get to Kingston bring Tilly some turntable needles, running his own soundsystem in the hills of Kingston, he rips through ‘em. Many Thanks to Tilly and family.
We also thank and recommend working with;
Ken Stewart and
The Skatalites.
David Grisman and his manager, Fly's friend and mentor,
Craig Miller.
As with many of our clients these guys became friends. They've also been instrumental 'keystone clients' since the beginning of FOTWM.
The Giving Tree Band have been a go-to band for philanthropic, environmental and social justice projects (that happen to call for jamming acoustic music!). They are like minded friends and one of our favorite publicity and agency clients.
Interns
Fly On The Wall Media thanks all the Interns we’ve worked with in the past. We also thank Indiana University and Intern Coordinator Kathy Mathias. Most interns are short term with various majors, gaining real world experience in an office working with musicians and other business for publicity. Our Agency work provides even more opportunities for interns in production, design, recording, etc. Developing communication and research skills to complement their academic and workforce experience, interns often gain credit for college as well. Most majors are eligible for three credit internships with us, if you’re interested email us. Originally an intern, Jennifer Sommer became a Project Manager for Fly On The Wall Media.Links
